How is this different from using a comparison website? +
Comparison websites show you hundreds of results and leave you to sort through them. We have a conversation, understand your needs, and narrow it down. We also check things comparison sites do not — like whether your phone supports eSIM, or whether a sim only deal has fair usage caps on its "unlimited" data.
What kinds of deals do you compare? +
We cover sim only deals, new phone deals, mobile phone deals, phone contract deals, contract phones (including no upfront cost), eSIM and e sim plans, prepaid sim cards, unlimited data sim options, cheap phone plans, and cheap mobile plans. Essentially, if it involves a SIM or a phone, we can help.
Do you work with all UK networks? +
We compare deals from leading UK networks. We are not limited to one provider, which means we can show you sim card deals, mobile deals, and phone deals from across the market.
What is an eSIM and do I need one? +
An eSIM (or e sim) is a digital SIM built into your phone. Instead of a physical sim card, you download a plan and activate it instantly. It is useful for switching networks quickly, using two numbers, or travelling. Whether you need one depends on your phone and situation — we can advise.
Is it really no obligation? +
Yes. We compare options and present them. If you want to switch, we help. If you want to wait, that is fine. There is no follow-up pressure and no sales tactics.
What happens to my number if I switch? +
You keep it. When you switch to a new sim only deal, phone deal, or eSIM, you request a PAC code from your current network. We explain exactly how this works and guide you through it.
Will you ask for my bank details or passwords? +
No. We do not collect banking information, payment card details, or personal credentials. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail what we do and do not collect. If anyone asks for these details claiming to be from Netty Sim Plans, it is not us.
When can I call? +
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Call 0204 514 1235 during those hours and speak to a consultant.
